Our
Rental Period: We allow sufficient time for customer
pick-up and return. The exact rental period will be established
at the time of the rental booking, and the rental period
and items will appear on the contract. Any items kept
for longer than specified will be charged accordingly.
Overdue rentals will be charged at 100% the rental rate
for each additional day that the item, or items, is not
returned. Long term rental rates should be quoted prior
to the rental period.
Rental
Rates: Rental rate is per day(s) of use plus
the PM before and the AM after the day(s) of use.
Items not returned by noon, or available for pick-up
by our truck at 11am on the day after their use,
will incur extra charges.
Dinnerware,
Flatware & Glassware: All rental items
go out to customers in a sanitized condition. All
rental items must be returned completely free and
clear of food, rinsed and placed upright in the
containers provided. Failure to return items
free of food will result in additional charges. The
customer is responsible for all breakage or loss.
Rental items not returned or damaged will be charged
to the customer at 10 times the rental rate.
Linens: Linens
should be refuse free, and dry to prevent staining
and mildew. Please use the cloth bags provided for
returns. Mildewed linens returned in plastic bags
will be billed to the renter at five (5) times the
cost of the rental rate.
Tables
and Chairs: Our rental charge DOES NOT include
the set-up or take down of rental items. All rental
items must be left for pick-up in neat and orderly
stacks with the tables and chairs folded down at
the same location as the drop off.
Delivery & Pick-Up: Delivery
is available at an extra charge. Deliveries are to
the door. Rates will be quoted for this service upon
request at the time of rental contract.
Responsibility: Responsibility
for rental items remains with the customer from delivery/pick-up
to return. Customers are responsible for all breakage
and lost equipment including containers and rolling
carts, with payment due on the return date. All items
should be secured and protected from harmful weather
conditions.
Shortages: Shortage
must be reported prior to the event or the invoice
quantities will be considered received.
Deposits: Prior
to delivery or pick-up of the rental items a minimum
deposit of 50% will be required secured by a major
credit card. Deposits will be refundable if formal
notice is given 30 days prior to the event date by
phone or letter.
